Nagpur, Nov. 10 -- Nagpur has been placed on high alert in the aftermath of a blast near a metro station close to the Red Fort in New Delhi on Monday evening.

Security has been strengthened at all vital installations and sensitive locations of the city.

According to official sources, the Nagpur Police Commissionerate issued an alert to all police stations soon after reports of the Delhi explosion emerged around 6:45 pm.
