Dimapur, Oct. 27 -- Nagaland is all set to host the 22nd annual Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) India Region Zone-III conference from November 9 to 13.
The conference will be held at the Nagaland Legislative Assembly in Kohima under the theme "Policy, Progress & People: Legislatures as Catalysts of Change".
The CPA India Region Zone-III series is a vital platform for the eight northeastern states to discuss and find common solutions to regional challenges, covering topics from economic development to policy issues and developing a stronger, unified voice for the region.
Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla will be the chief patron of the conference, while Nagaland chief minister Neiphiu Rio will be its vice patron.
