Dimapur, Oct. 16 -- The Combined Technical Association of Nagaland (CTAN) has extended support to state service associations' demand for transparency, meritocracy and adherence to due process in the induction of officers into the Indian Administrative Service (IAS).

Calling the demand 'rightful, the CTAN, in a release today, said it firmly upholds the principlesof equal opportunity and stands resolutely against all forms of corruption, guided by its motto 'honesty and integrity without end'.

"With the same spirit that has driven its past reforms, the association continues its steadfast journey to build a just, ethical and corruption-free Nagaland," the CTAN said.
