Dimapur, Oct. 6 -- The Confederation of All Nagaland State Services Employees' Association (CANSSEA) will enforce a three-day pen down strike from October 14.
The association in a release today said the strike will be imposed in all government offices in the state due to the state government's silence and nonchalant attitude toward its demand for withdrawal of a non-Nagaland Public Service Commission (NPSC) candidate from the list of non-state civil service (SCS) officers for induction into the Indian Administrative Service (IAS).
It said the pen down strike would continue alongside earlier forms of protest, including the wearing of black ribbons or badges and poster campaigns.
