Dimapur, April 13 -- Along with the rest of the country, the Nagaland government has started the nationwide two-day foundational learning study (FLS) 2026 today to assess foundational competencies among students of Grade-3.
The National Assessment Centre (PARAKH), a constituent of the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), is conducting the nationwide FLS.
In Nagaland, a total of 70 sampled schools from across 10 with districts with 798 students are participating in the assessment.
