Thiruvananthapuram, Jan. 4 -- Retirees of the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) have announced the intensification of their agitation against what they term as an inordinate and unjustified delay in the settlement of pension revision and other long-pending retirement-related issues.

According to the All India NABARD Retired Employees' Welfare Association (AINREWA), retired employees of NABARD across the country have been on the path of agitation for the past two-and-a-half years seeking resolution of pension-related demands, but without any tangible outcome so far.
