Pyongyang, July 4 -- Issuing a strong condemnation of the Quad's calls for the total denuclearisation of the Korean Peninsula, North Korea slammed the statement, terming it a "provocation" that infringes on its sovereignty, reports AJU Press.

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK - North Korea's full name) condemned the "unilateral coercive act" of the informal alliance, comprising the United States, Japan, India, and Australia, its comments to the country's official media outlet, the Korean Central News Agency.
