Mysuru, Sept. 24 -- When the night sky over Mysuru lights up this Dasara, it won't just be the centuries-old tradition of illumination that charms the crowds.
For the first time, 3,000 drones will rise in choreographed unison, scripting a celestial ballet aimed straight at the Guinness Book of Records.
The stage for this airborne spectacle is the sprawling Bannimantap Parade Grounds, where on September 28, 29, October 1 and 2, the drones will paint the heavens with formations never before seen in India's cultural heartland.
