Lucknow, April 15 -- The Uttar Pradesh government on Tuesday announced a significant relief for outsourced conductors working in UP State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC), sources said here.
Sources said that mutual transfers will now be permitted for conductors appointed through outsourcing, which will enhance employee convenience and operational efficiency. "This step is expected to not only ease the challenges faced by the conductors but also boost the corporation's performance and revenue," they said.
