Mumbai, Oct. 10 -- In a deeply disturbing case from Mumbai, a 20-year-old deaf and mute girl has been allgedly sexually abused by more than 17 individuals on different days in Mumbai.
Police registered an offence and arrested a minor boy and a married woman while blood samples of more than 17 suspects named by the victim girl have been taken and sent for DNA testing with the Fetus.
According to the details put forward, the local cuffe parade police station has registered an offence against unidentified person under Section 64 (2) (i) (commits rape, on a woman incapable of giving consent) and 64 (2) (k) (commits rape on a woman suffering from mental illness or physical disability) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
