Mumbai, Aug. 25 -- Mumbai's most loved and biggest festival celebration is set to commence from August 27 to September six.

The Maharashtra government has declared Ganeshotsav as Rajya Mahotsav, giving it the status of a state festival.

The festival provides an opportunity for devotees to seek good health, peace, prosperity, safety and happiness for their families, country and all beings on earth and the universe.
