Mumbai, Sept. 15 -- Mumbai's monorail services faced disruption this morning after a rake came to a halt near Wadala due to technical glitches with 17 passengers on board were rescued.This is the second incident within a month's time.
Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) public relations officer says"17 passengers have been evacuated after a technical glitch happened in the monorail at Wadala. Passengers were evacuated at 7:45 am."According to officials, the monorail suffered a technical glitch around 7 am today near Mukundrao Ambedkar Road junction while heading from Gadge Maharaj station to Chembur.
