Mumbai, Jan. 11 -- A Mumbai sessions court has declined to grant bail to Shahid Raza, a businessman from Bihar, who was arrested on October 16 last year for his alleged role in an interstate racket involving forged postal stamps.

The court passed the order after examining the material placed on record by the investigating agency and the submissions made by both sides.

The case was registered on a complaint filed by the Postal Inspector at the Mumbai General Post Office with the MRA Marg police station.
