Mumbai, Dec. 3 -- A Mumbai local court here awarded one day sentence till the raising of the court to a sr citizen for his involvement in a rash and negligent driving and injuring a police constable.
Metropolitan magistrate SG Agrawal convicted Naval K Shrivastav 83 years old man till the rising of the court (confined to a holding area until the day's court session ends) and imposed a fine of Rs1,000.
