Mumbai, Jan. 2 -- Mumbai Police have arrested a young woman for allegedly chopping off her 45-year-old lover's private parts with a sharp weapon, an official said here on Friday.
The shocking incident unfolded in Santacruz East area on New Year's Day. Kanchan Rakesh Mahato (25) allegedly chopped off her lover Joginder Lakhan Mahato's private parts after he refused to continue with the relationship and rejected her marriage proposal.
The official said that the victim Joginder had been in a seven-year relationship with Kanchan and despite her repeated demands, he allegedly refused to marry her. Both individuals are married and have childrens. Kanchan was forcing Joginder to leave his wife and marry her.
