Nagpur, April 3 -- : A Deputy Manager of Mahavitaran (MSEB) and a junior clerk were arrested while accepting a bribe of Rs 2.5 lakh, which they had demanded to approve a pending medical bill, officials said on Friday.
The action was carried out by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB).
The trap was laid on Thursday at the complainant's residence, where both accused were caught red-handed.
The accused have been identified as Deputy Manager Ganesh Nathuji Dorle (43) and junior clerk Sumit Revatkar, working in the Human Resources Department of MSEB at Satgaon, Butibori.
