Bhind, May 9 -- A court in Bhind district of Madhya Pradesh on Friday sentenced two accused to life imprisonment in a murder case after they were found guilty.
According to the prosecution, on October 11, in Ratnooppura village under the Dehat police station area, Mehtab Singh Yadav was attacked with an axe by his cousin Monu Yadav over an old rivalry and was injured.
Mehtab later succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment.
During the incident, another cousin, Manoj Yadav, was present at the scene and was threatening to shoot anyone who tried to intervene.
The police had registered a case against both accused and presented the charge sheet in court.
