Morena, May 12 -- The body of an unidentified man hanging from a tree was recovered on Monday in Morena district of Madhya Pradesh, police said.
Police sources said that villagers informed the police about the body hanging from a tree near Prabhu Singh's Pura under Civil Line police station area after noticing a strong foul smell emanating from it.
Upon receiving the information, a police team reached the spot and brought down the body from the tree, and sent it for post-mortem examination.
The police believe the body has been hanging for around three to four days and estimate the deceased to be approximately 30 years old.
