Bhopal, July 31 -- Two-wheeler riders not wearing a helmet would not be allowed to buy petrol from fuel pumps in Bhopal and Indore cities of Madhya Pradesh from August 1
onwards, as orders regarding the regulation has been passed by the concerned authorities.
The Collectors of the two major cities of Madhya Pradesh took the decision to this effect today.
Instructions have been given to all the fuel pump owners in the two cities to adhere to the orders, or they would be liable to face action.
