Bhopal, Dec. 17 -- A daylong special session of the Madhya Pradesh Assembly is underway for discussing making the state developed, self-reliant and prosperous. Proceedings commenced with an exhortation by Speaker Narendra Singh Tomar. That was followed by a brief address by Chief Minister Mohan Yadav who spoke in the context of notable successes of his dispensation.
