Bhopal, Aug. 24 -- Madhya Pradesh Governor Lalji Tandon expressed grief on Saturday over the passing away of former Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.
"His demise constitutes an irreparable loss at a personal level and for the country. One of the nation's great talents left us. Mr Jaitley contributed to endeavours towards making India an economic superpower. He was an eminent jurist, economist and politician. I pray to the Almighty for granting peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family for bearing this sorrow," the Governor said in a message.
