Bhopal, May 27 -- Madhya Pradesh Congress leaders on Tuesday paid tribute to India's first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, on his death anniversary.
Madhya Pradesh Congress President Jitu Patwari said in an X post, "Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, India's first Prime Minister, laid the foundation of modern India and provided a strong base for democratic values. His scientific vision and rational thinking shaped our major national institutions, which continue to play a significant role in the country's development."
