Bhopal, Aug. 12 -- Raising questions over the working of the Election Commission of India (EC), Madhya Pradesh Congress chief Jitu Patwari today alleged that the EC works in cahoots with the ruling BJP.
Addressing some media persons at Jabalpur, Patwari claimed discrepancies in voter lists, and backed the allegations of Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi about names of some voters present at multiple places in the voting lists.
Patwari also alleged that the EC had cut short the number of votes polled in some elections in the past.
