Bhopal, Aug. 1 -- Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav today expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the Union Cabinet's approval of the Itarsi-Nagpur Fourth Rail Line project, calling it a significant development for the state.
Yadav said the project will directly benefit areas such as Narmadapuram, Betul and Pandhurna in Madhya Pradesh, as well as Nagpur in Maharashtra.
The rail line will also improve access to major pilgrimage sites by connecting the Jyotirlingas: Mahakaleshwar and Omkareshwar in Madhya Pradesh, with Srisailam in Andhra Pradesh and Rameswaram in Tamil Nadu.
