Bhopal, Aug. 4 -- Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said today that erstwhile prime minister Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee raised the dignity of the Leader of Opposition's post but Rahul Gandhi was lowering the same and should comprehend that "weakening democracy" would affect the Congress as well.
