Bhopal, Aug. 19 -- Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath offered worship on Monday to Lord Mahakaleshwar's fifth sawari - in the Hindu holy month of Shravan - in Ujjain, shouldered the palanquin himself and prayed for the state's welfare, it was officially learnt.
The Chief Minister arrived in the ancient temple town this afternoon. Among those present were Public Works Minister Sajjan Singh Verma - who is in charge of Ujjain District - Public Relations Minister PC Sharma and Higher Education Minister Jitu Patwari.
