Hyderabad, July 3 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National Vice President and Mahabubnagar MP DK Aruna on Thursday came down heavily on the Congress government in Telangana, accusing it of misleading farmers by spreading false propaganda about a urea shortage in the state.
In a strongly-worded statement, Aruna condemned both the state government and BRS leaders for blaming the Centre and alleged that the current fertilizer crisis was entirely due to the mismanagement and negligence of the Congress administration.
"It is unfortunate that such a situation exists only in Telangana, where farmers are suffering due to poor planning in fertilizer supply and storage," she said.
