Panna, Jan. 30 -- At least three workers were killed and around two dozen injured after a scaffolding at JK Cement factory collapsed during construction work in Panna district of Madhya Pradesh on Thursday.

The incident occurred when labourers were laying a ceiling slab of the under-construction building, resulting in the collapse of the scaffolding they were standing on.

Talking to UNI, an official of Pawai in Panna district confirmed the death of three workers in the incident.

Reports said that around two dozen workers have been injured, and efforts are being made to gather information from factory management.
