Bhind, May 6 -- More than a dozen passengers were injured when a passenger bus and a truck collided head-on in Bhind district of Madhya Pradesh, police said
Police sources said the accident occurred on National Highway 552 near Gorai under the Raun police station area. The fast-moving passenger bus and the truck collided, resulting in severe damage to the front portion of the bus. Over a dozen passengers were seriously injured.
After the accident, local villagers helped to rescue the injured and rushed them to the Community Health Centre in Raun and Bhind District Hospital for immediate treatment. Some of the injured are reported to be in serious condition.
