Morena, May 28 -- A young man died on the spot, and two others, including a child, were injured in a head-on collision between two motorcycles in Morena district of Madhya Pradesh, police said here on Wednesday.
Police sources said the incident occurred when Sameer Shakya was riding a motorcycle with his nephew Babi to attend a wedding ceremony. A collision with another motorcycle coming from the opposite direction on the Runipur road in Joura police station area, resulted in Sameer's death at the scene. Babi and the other motorcyclist, Rajkumar, were seriously injured.
The injured were given primary treatment at Joura hospital and later referred to Morena district hospital for further treatment.
