Bhopal, Feb. 14 -- In a tragic incident, a woman gave poison to her three young daughters and then consumed poison herself at her in-laws' house in a village in the Alirajpur district of Madhya Pradesh.
All three girls died while the mother was admitted in a critical condition to a hospital.
According to the police, the incident took place in the Mafidaar Faliya village in the Adwara area late evening on Friday.
The deceased girls were identified as Savitri (7), Kartika (5), and Divyaki (3).
As per investigations, the mother, Nuribai, first gave some poisonous insecticide to her three daughters and then consumed it herself.
