Bhind (MP), Sept. 2 -- The faceoff between Bhind district Collector Sanjeev Shrivastava and ruling BJP legislator Narendra Singh Kushwah shows no signs of abating.
As a consequence, both submitted written complaints late last evening to the City Kotwali Police Station from where the plaints were dispatched to higher authorities. Police said that an inquiry would be conducted on the directive of senior officers.
The dispute occurred last Wednesday when Kushwah and his supporters reached the Collector's residence in connection with a 'fertiliser crisis'. Owing to ill health, Shrivastava was at the bungalow. On being alerted regarding the MLA's arrival, he reached the gate.
