Bhopal, Aug. 28 -- In the wake of the all-party meeting convened today by Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on the Other Backward Classes (OBCs) reservation issue, the state's principal-opposition Congress said that the route to rapid implementation of quota is a positive step.

Congress state President Jitu Patwari, who took part in the deliberations, said, "The related legal bottlenecks were discussed.
