Chennai, Oct. 22 -- In a shocking incident, mounting debts drove abusinessman to murder his wife and two daughters and later committedsuicide at the Chennai suburb of Injambakkam, today.
Police said, Schiranjeevi (56), who runs an electronic shop, sufferedlosses in his business leading to mounting debts.
Unable to overcome from the financial burden, he killed his wife and twodaughters and later committed suicide at his residence last night.
The incident came to light today and the police have recovered a suicidenote from the spot.
Acting on information from the neighbours, Neelangarai police rushed tothe spot and shifted the four bodies to the government hospital for autopsy.
