Hyderabad, Aug. 8 -- Mountaineer A. Manish Yadav who recently climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania was today felicitated by BJP leader Bandaru Dattatraya at his residence here.
Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest free-standing mountain in the world, it has a height of 5,895 meters above mean sea level. Yadav scaled it on July 22, 2025.
Speaking on the occasion, Dattatraya, who has in the past served as the governor of Himachal Pradesh and Haryana praised Yadav's feat as an inspiration to the youth.
He said that the 28 year old mountaineer's achievement is a reminder that no dream is too high to achieve.
He wished the young climber continued success in scaling greater heights and achieving many more glorious milestones in his journey.
