Lucknow, April 17 -- In a step towards inclusive development and empowerment of Divyangjans, the Uttar Pradesh government on Thursday facilitated the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Dr Shakuntala Mishra National Rehabilitation University (DSMNRU), Lucknow, and Saksham Trust, New Delhi.
The collaboration aims to enhance education, technology, training, and rehabilitation opportunities for differently-abled students. The initiative aligns with the Yogi government's vision of creating an 'Equal Opportunity, Self-Reliant UP' by integrating Divyangjans into the mainstream.
