Jaunpur, Jan. 7 -- A tragic road accident claimed the lives of a mother and her son on Wednesday in the Machhlishahr Kotwali area of Jaunpur district, Uttar Pradesh. Another woman was critically injured in the incident.
According to official sources, Arvind Kumar Saroj (25), a resident of Ghatampur village under Mirganj police station, was returning home from the market on a motorcycle along with his mother Manju Devi (48) and his aunt (badi maa) Photo Devi (55). As they were passing through Chungi Chauraha in the local market area, a truck coming from the opposite direction hit their motorcycle.
