Ranchi, July 13 -- The mortal remains of Dhananjay Mahato, a 29-year-old migrant worker from Jharkhand who died in an accident in Saudi Arabia, have been brought back to his native village, thanks to the intervention of the state government.
Mahato, employed with Larsen & Toubro (L&T), lost his life on May 24, 2025, while working in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. His body was repatriated to his family in Bandkharhi village, under Vishnugarh police station limits in Hazaribagh district, through coordinated efforts by the State Migrant Control Room under the Labour Department.
