Patna, May 12 -- The mortal remains of the martyred BSF Sub-Inspector Mohammed Imteyaz, who was killed in the cross-border shelling by Pakistan, were brought to Patna.
Bihar Ministers, leaders of various political parties and the leader of the Opposition in Bihar Assembly Tejashwi Prasad Yadav paid their tributes to the BSF officer after his mortal remains arrived at Patna airport on Monday.
The remains of the martyred SI were being taken to his native village Narayanpur of Garkha police station area of Saran district.
Earlier, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar paid a heartfelt tribute to the SI and announced an honorarium to be paid to the bereaved family.
