Alwar, Feb. 9 -- Alwar, a historic city and also the abode to Sariska tiger reserve, on Sunday witnessed a mammoth race -The Alwar Tiger Half Marathon International Run'.
However, it was not a run & chase affair, neither between predator and the prey nor between wildlife and its enthusiasts or conservationists or self defence or prey hunt.
The runners - professionals, conservationists, fitness enthusiasts, locals, young and old ran not to escape chasing tiger but for the fun and protection of the big cats.
