Moscow, May 30 -- The Swiss court's decision to settle the debt of Nord Stream 2 AG has not been appealed, and its bankruptcy moratorium has been lifted, Gazprom said on Friday.
"On May 9, 2025, the cantonal court of Zug, Switzerland, approved an agreement to settle the debt of Nord Stream 2 for the purpose of financial recovery. The court's decision was not appealed within the time period established by Swiss law, as a result of which the agreement entered into force, and the moratorium on the bankruptcy of Nord Stream 2 was terminated," Gazprom said in its report for the first quarter.
