Shimla, Oct. 23 -- A foreign tourist attacked by Monkey at Lakkar Bazar Shimla on Wednesday and later he was taken to IGMC hospital and treated with anti-rabies vaccine.
The tourist was on the way to Ridge ground from Lakkar Bazar when monkey attacked him. The horrified tourist injured in the attack and suffered scratches on the face.
Later he was advised by the local people to get anti-rabies injection at IGMC hospital.
Tourist arrived in the hospital where he was administered the injection. On Wednesday as many as 13 case of animals bites were registered in Shimla town including eight of Monkey and five of dogs bite, a health official informed.
