Aurangabad, June 29 -- Senior Congress Leader of Aurangabad Mohsin Ahmed has decided to resign from the Congress Party in protest against the renaming of Aurangabad city to Sambhaji Nagar.
In his press statement Mr Ahmed stated "as we all know this change of name has been done due to the current scenario of the Maharashtra Politics and it was done to impress a particular community for their benefit so that people should appreciate the existing Shiv Sena and vote for them in the forthcoming elections and not to the newly Eknath Shinde's Shiv Sena which might get formed sooner or later."
