Chandigarh, April 11 -- In a significant breakthrough, the CIA Staff of Moga Police apprehended two absconding accused and recovered a cache of illegal arms and ammunition from their possession, officials said on Friday.
Acting on specific intelligence inputs, the police team intercepted the suspects while they were travelling in an Innova car on a link road under the jurisdiction of Sadar police station. During the operation, the police recovered five pistols, four magazines, and 10 live cartridges from their possession.
