Varanasi, Aug. 22 -- Preparations have started for bilateral talks between Prime minister Narendra Modi and his Mauritius counterpart Navinchandra Ramgoolam which are expected in Varanasi on September 11.
Sources said the talks would be held at a hotel in Nadesar. Officials held a meeting at Varanasi airport yesterday about security arrangements.
According to administrative sources, a deputy protocol officer of the Ministry of External Affairs was also present in the meeting. A team of officials visited Hotel Taj in Nadesar and took stock of the preparations.
