Kolkata, July 5 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to visit West Bengal once again this July, just before his election campaign in Bihar which is scheduled for assembly polls later this year.

The state BJP unit under the leadership of new elected president Samik Bhattacharya is making all efforts to bring the Prime Minister before the Trinamool Congress martyr's day rally on July 21.

Sources in the party said that efforts are on to bring him to the state on July 18. According to the plan sent by the state BJP unit to the Prime Minister's Office, the Prime Minister is requested to come to the state and hold a rally in Dum Dum on July 18 before heading for Bihar.
