Patna, Sept. 24 -- In a sharp attack on the Modi government, senior Congress leader and former Chhattisgarh chief minister Bhupesh Baghel today alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's foreign policy has collapsed, weakening the country's standing with its neighbours and major global powers.
Baghel, who is here in Patna to attend the extended Congress Working Committee meeting, highlighted the state of regional diplomacy while talking to media persons in Sadakat Ashram.
He said that countries such as Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and Myanmar, which traditionally shared deep ties with India, are now tilting towards China.
