New Delhi, June 4 -- A day after leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi launched a scathing 'Narendra surrender' attack on the Prime Minister, the Congress escalated its criticism, alleging that the Modi government's "policy to surrender" has hurt India's national interest.
Addressing a press conference at the AICC headquarters here, Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera backed Rahul Gandhi's remarks, alleging that the BJP-led government has repeatedly surrendered India's national interest, in situations, where it was required to show the requisite deft and 'Vishwaguru' status".
"That is why it is said - Name is Narendra, work is surrender," he alleged.
