Patna, Sept. 24 -- In a sharp attack on the Modi government, senior Congress leader and former Chhatisgarh chief minister Bhoopesh Baghel today alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's foreign policy has collapsed, weakening the country's standing with its neighbours and major global powers.

Baghel who is here to attend the extended Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting, highlighted the state of regional diplomacy while talking to the news persons in sadakat Ashram. He said countries like Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and Myanmar, which traditionally shared deep ties with India, are now tilting towards China.
