New Delhi, July 23 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi today embarked on his four-day visit to the United Kingdom and the Maldives, expressing hope that the tour will bolster economic growth and deepen bilateral ties.
"Leaving for UK, a country with which our Comprehensive Strategic Partnership has achieved significant momentum in the last few years. I look forward to my talks with PM Keir Starmer and my meeting with His Majesty King Charles III," Modi said in his departure comments on X.
